Founded by Felipe Londoño, a college student at the University of Tennessee, Friendly Shower was born out of a real need: Felipe was spending too much time in the shower, and his family was struggling with high water bills. Inspired by his mother’s efforts to save, and driven by a passion for sustainability, Felipe set out to create a smarter, more efficient way to shower.
With Friendly Shower, users can connect their shower to a mobile app that tracks water usage, suggests time-saving tips, and helps households cut down on waste—without sacrificing comfort. Whether you're trying to reduce your environmental footprint or just lower your monthly bills, Friendly Shower makes it easy and convenient.

Meet the Creator
Felipe Londoño is the founder of Friendly Shower and a passionate advocate for smart, sustainable living. Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Felipe is an international student at the University of Tennessee, where he’s pursuing a degree in Business Management with a collateral in Entrepreneurship.
His journey began with a simple, everyday challenge: spending too much time in the shower and seeing the impact on his family's water bill. Motivated by a desire to help his mom and reduce water waste, Felipe turned that personal problem into a practical, tech-driven solution—Friendly Shower.
As a student innovator, Felipe brings together a love for technology, a strong business mindset, and a deep commitment to sustainability. He’s determined to create tools that make daily life more efficient—while making a positive impact on both people’s wallets and the planet.
